Appointments
Appointments can be booked online via HotDoc or by clicking the orange Book Appointment button at the top of this page. Alternatively, you can call the Practice on 07 3818 0700.
When booking, if you are going to discuss more than one issue, or a complex problem please choose a long appointment.
We require a minimum of 2 hours notice if you can no longer attend your appointment. Please note that if a valid reason cannot be given for non-attendance, you will be charged the full fee for the missed consult.

Lakeside Medical is a PRIVATE BILLING practice. Payment is required at the time of consultation. We accept EFTPOS, Credit Card [NOT AMEX or Diners] or cash. Please ask reception or your Doctor for any other costs you may incur.

Bulk Billing
We offer bulk-billing for the following groups:
- School aged children aged 15 years and under
- Senior Aged Pension Card Holders
- DVA Gold card holders.
Online Claiming
If you have your bank account details registered with Medicare, we can send your claim through on-line and your rebate will be paid into your account within 24-48 hours. If you would prefer to claim your Medicare rebate yourself, a receipt can be printed.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without giving the required notice, a non-refundable private fee of $87 [standard] or $127 [Long] will apply.
This fee does not have a medicare rebate and the full cost will be an out of pocket expense.
